I just have a question, why Devastator called Heavy, Infiltrator/Scout called Sniper, Reiver called Vanguard, or funniest one is Bladeguard Veteran called simply Bulwark?

Funny how in the first game, it was fine. Imagine the changing the name Havoc, to something bland, like Heavy.

It's to make it more newcomer friendly. Remember this isn't only for hardcore 40k fans, it's also to get new fans interested.
Imagine you have no clue about 40k and you find this game, play it and the first thing you read is "Bladeguard Veteran" "Intercessor" "Reiver" and "Eliminator".

I'd be interested what that means and searched it, instead of naming classes generic as hell, make people curious to search about the lore. Newcomer friendly won't make them interested because they treat this game as gears of war, better to use shock therapy. Take for example the game Warhammer 40k Rouge Trader, not only game mechanics are difficult, they don't hold people hand with the lore aswell. You need to read the links in text to understand at least something. This is why Dungeons and Dragons are on steady decline, because they stopped being difficult to understand both mechanically and with lore.

isn't 5e, the easiest one to get into and most noob friendly, also is the one that propelled dnd into an absolute cult? i don't think that's a good example in your case.

Absolute cult that destroyed it, with DEI stuff. And before the pitchforks, i added DEI because they ruined the lore and the fantasy feel of DnD. Due to their inclusive ideas the mechanics suffered too, making them too easy and more universal, thats why people don't prefer to play 5e DnD. Next thing you will see Bruenor Battlehammer in a dress drinking tea with an elf.

i got to admit it's a pretty big leap from "devastator is now heavy" to "Bruenor Battlehammer in a dress drinking tea with an elf" and personally i don't really see the connection.

but i guess i can agree on those two being a detriment to their respective universes separately.

I believe it was made because of chaos side. IDK if there any names for chaos side for Bladeguard Veteran or Reaver(especially when "Reaver" class is literally World Eater)

Chaos already in sad state that you can't customize them like in first game(as I said, Vanguard will be always as World Eater)

You wouldn't, plain and simple.
More than half of the whole playerbase across all games are filthy casuals. They will play the game on easy mode and will gladly eat whatever is on the screen. If they see a librarian, their head will blow up from the title alone. 90% of them will be scratching their head from "Melta rifle" too.

That's why heavy with big gun means heavy class. And bulwark means a dude with a shield.
