A come back of the dreadnought would be wonderful, but like in the 1st one, a special mode would be needed so a bit out of your question
I'm still guessing the pvp mode on the roadmap is the space marine 2 version of dreadnought mode from 1

deathwatch is a chapter (made up of volunteers/seconded troops from other chapters, really more of a collective taskforce from any chapter willing to send people) which has space marines of just about every type and specialization, would be hard to make a specific class out of that (and I'm pretty sure their armor customization is in the base game)
reivers are already present as the vanguard class (the 1 with the grapnel)
