i think that terminators belong to the 1st company. we are playing as 2nd company.
i also think that implementing a loreful terminator armor would mean that 2 players will be always waiting for 1. so unless you're willing that terminator to become gabriel angelos with his somersaults - it's simply a bad gameplay decision.
Not having a melee weapon with the Heavy class is a big mistake, you miss 50% of the gameplay elements.
And that with the other players always having to wait for the Terminator was also my main concern as the Regular Marines are way faster. But i think a whole terminator Squad would be so cool, and no one would have to wait :D
Those are all available in Deathwing with Terminator Armor. Apothecary would be sick.

Walking Tanks? yes. but They can be Tankier :D
Doing it Wrong is better than not having it imo, Also Terminator Armour looks so much better.
I think they still have a lot to explore in Terms of Classes. A Healer, A guy that focusses on autonomous Turrets, a Psyker, Someone That can Revive etc. Just to name a few. Im sure if you spent more than 30 seconds you could come up with a lot more.
Or you could just Leave the Classes we have now but more Customizable with more Weapons and more meaningful Perks.
Yep, psyker, forgot what they where called. Leveled all the other classes but after that, I've sticked with the psyker. I do beleive this would add way more diversity then another class that is even more tanky then the SM.
that'd be a different game, tho.
1: One terminator per PVE Operation match for balance
Or
2: A full squad but enemy spawn rates are doubled. Less fodder and more heavy elite enemies.
Even one would require rebalancing across the board. Same with more then one. I do believe its to much work for little pay.
