cross platform progression

I have preorder the ultra edition on ps5, but I would also like to get it on my PC. Will all the preorder cosmetics and stuff carry over to my pc account. I dont want to have to order two ultra editions

This. As far as I know there is cross-platform play, but no way to link the same account across these platforms.

It has been confirmed that there will be cross progression. To do that you will hace to create an acocunt at PROS and link it with your Steam or PS5 account:

You will be able to save progress betwen Steam, Epic, PS5 and Xbox S/X.
The problem is that if we buy Ultra Edition on one platform, let´s say Steam, and we buy Standar Edition on PS5, will it save only campaign progress and multiplayer achivementes, or also season pass and skins?
That specific point hasn´t been clarified yet.

Hope someone could give us a clear answer.

any updates on this? I have gold edition on PC and am wanting to buy it on my PS5 too. Wondering if I need to buy gold edition again or if the standard edition on PS5 will suffice?

If you go to the space marine 2 section on the pros website (https://prismray.io/games/spacemarine2) you can move save progression between linked platforms. Takes a couple days by the notification I got, but you can move saves and overwrite one platform with another. Doesn't appear to be as simple as logging into different platforms and continuing from where you were

I took the risk and bought for ps5 (Standard Edition). I originally got for PC (Ultra Edition) 1st. I was able to transfer my PC progression over to my ps5. However, the dlcs that you get with Ultra wont transfer over. ALSO YOU CAN'T JUST KEEP TRANSFERING YOUR PROGRESSION. There is a very long cooldown in order to transfer your progression again. IT TAKES 2 Months to have the option to transfer progression again with PRISMRAY.io with that being said. The moment i logged in to my ps5 this is what i got and it says. "Porphyr Shield Powerfist, Porphyr Shield Chainsword, Chapter Command Right Pauldron can be used. They also give you 300-500 Requisition points to use as well. If you wish to continue to buy it on a different platform, ill tell you how you can start the process. You have to link your PC progression with Game Pros, you can easily do that by pressing Tab and using the barcode it gives you.

Curious why you'd want to get it on PS5 when it has the worst performance by far. If you had to go with a console version the Xbox Series X has a pretty good port.

Then open the game on PS5 or Xbox and do the same. Once you have the website open and both platforms are linked. Scroll down and you should see the option to transfer progression. Hope that helps.

This guy said it exactly. You have to go into the Space Marine 2 section of the PROS website and manually transfer the data. Sadly it doesn't bring over DLC Skins if you happened to buy the deluxe edition on PS5 over to your PC version for example.

So to add to this, my buddy went from Xbox to PC, however, on PC he had hit "New Game" prior to linking the accounts. Is his cross-progression completely screwed over now or how does that work?
