The armor was pretty normal yeah, but the helmet was quite distinct, more specifically the mouth/nose piece.
helmet looks like mk. 7 (aquila) which would technically predate primaris marines and their usual armor marks so I'm not sure you'd get a perfect match on that, color scheme is definitely easier and probably simple to accomplish
no problem, if you're mostly attached to the shape of the vox-grille (the little mouth part) I'm pretty sure phobos armor is the closest (it has the barred mouthpiece but instead of the little side antennae connecting to it it has what look like gas mask filters), phobos armor should be what the vanguard class and (if I'm remembering right) the sniper class are wearing
if you're more interested in the antennae connecting to the mouthpiece than the barred design tacticus armor (the more standard version of primaris mk. 10) should have those but it changes the vox-grille design to be more enclosed
for everything else we're kinda left to hope that they bring back some of the older helmets from other marks
The hand around a skull heraldry isn't in the game (yet), but you likely can do something similar with the skull under a halo heraldry. There is also a winged skull chest heraldry that again is a close fit, but not exactly what the Retributors have.
As mentioned previously, Grey and Gold are not exactly exotic colors, so that's easy to do.
LORE:
The use of Primaris Marines is canon to the lore of the Retributors in the "11th Company". Contact with the original chapter had been lost in late M41, so Guilliman made a chapter of Primaris in their honor.
That Primaris chapter found evidence of thier continued existence as a firstborn chapter and the first company of the Primaris chapter went to find the original Retributors, declaring themselves the 11th Company. The other nine companies were ordered to reinforce another Imperial Fists Primaris chapter.
This means it is canon for there to be a company of Primaris Retributors to exist within the original chapter, Rubicon Surgery notwithstanding. However, given that the Retributors are sons of Dorn, they may have had a mixed reaction to the Primaris.
The last piece of lore written on the Retributors was that the 11th Company is searching for the original chapter and it makes sense for that search to lead all over, including potentially going past the Recidious System and giving the 11th a chance to say "Hey, we don't like those bugs!"
TL;DR: It's possible to make a close approximation of the colors/heraldry of the Retributors. Lorewise, the Retributors are confirmed to have one company of Primaris known as the "11th Company" and that company is currently going who knows where, so they could end up in a lot of places, including where SM2 takes place.
