They said it will in by the end of september, we can put up with it for a few weeks.
I can't believe a game in 2024 comes out with no support for ultrawide but what can you do...
And they should add Super wide(32:9) support at the same time cause this should not be a problem if they can add Ultra wide.
Id pay that, just to have proper 21:9 or 32:9 (and more) implementation at release.
So the people who can not afford or dont want better Displaysetups can play theyre crap and we can play ours.
Having to pay extra just to be able to play the game is just wild. Especially considering adding support for Ultra wide and Super ultra wide is such a minor thing. This is just the devs being lazy/ignorant
"Is the game compatible with wide screens?
➡️ Wide screen support is planned. While it won't be available right at launch, we're working on implementing it by the end of September."
I bought my monitor not realizing it was UW. I'm so glad I did. It really adds a lot for immersion and I prefer it greatly over my previous two monitor setup. Try to search for people saying they regret transitioning to UW. You're not going to find it. What you will find though is people who say they'll never go back. If I had to buy a replacement monitor today, I would still get another UW.
