Eternal War feels choppy?

Anyone else feels like that's the case with PvP? I haven't noticed it playing campaign/operations, but when I load into a PvP match I feel like I'm getting micro stutters here and there

Some people are moving with 3 fps, others are fine. All in the same lobby.
I did read that servers are used globally and they are not restricted to areas, so people all around the world are playing at some server placed anywhere and that's why it feels horrible. Not sure if that's true tho, but would explain why some dudes have a ping of >100 and teleport around like Son Goku

I know when the game stutters for me my marine stops dead in his tracks and if I start to sprint again to catch up to the team and it stutters again. I will once again be stopped dead in my tracks and it's super annoying.

Some people do rubber banding a bit, which might be because of yours or theirs pings.
That or the server is acting up.
