Darktide combat is so much supirior to this, while respecting the players playstyle ;-)
This game has no respect towards the players playstyle, it forces its own style on you :-/
And pvp it is fun though limited at the moment.
Darktide 2, sorry to say it but is way to easy, to boring and if you call SM2 repetitive, Darktide is exactly the same.... It even is predictable where the "boss" monsters appear on the maps.
Play Darktide with 3 random bobs on heresy or damnationa and it gets interesting again ;-)
(Ok i guess that also applys here aswell xD)
Darktide also feels really fresh in every run with the randomized enemy placement on the big maps, wich are really complex in structure.
The SM2 maps only simulate complex structures with is detailed backgrounds. But they are far more simple desinged and therefor boring to play relatively fast :-/
Vermintide 2 does characters better, I like our established characters with their backstories and personalities clashing in fun ways. I think we lose some of that in Darktide.
