Mic not working on PC

My mic will not work it’s set as default in windows and works with everything else ? Anyone else I feel like they keep deleting my thread

I have the same issue. Running a Virtuoso headset, windows and every other game can use the mic but not SM2

I figured it out what I think was happening was the game wasn’t reading my default windows and steam options. I went into sound and disabled my headset mic so only the sure mic would be active and that worksd

I am having the same issue I am trying everything. Nothing is working. I am using a razer kraken ultimate headset.

- Set as the default input device in windows
- Set as the default input device in steam
- Removed and re-installed
- Made sure drivers are up to date
- Disabled all other mic devices
- Switched to voice detect instead of push

Check your settings and make sure you aren't on push to talk.

Reported the issue on their bug board. Feel free to upvote. They should have added a menu in game to select the input device.
