The game freezes on the introductory video
My system data is somewhat higher than the recommended low ones, and I planned to run the game at least on them... but after the game starts, the image just freezes, although the sound continues to go on. At the slightest activity, a mouse click - the game crashes.

My friend and I checked my computer and startup using some programs, and found that there should be no problems at all, and I am able to play at normal average settings - but they are there, and nothing works.
Who has faced this, how did you get out of this situation?

change resolution/render setting to dynamic then try fsr instead of dlss or taa and set all graphics settings to low also make sure game is on an ssd preferably an m.2. i have a fairly solid computer that can run any game except this one on either high or ultra this game just sucks resource wise.

for me personally that problem was solved by moving the game from my hdd to my ssd, the game requires a ssd

Oh, believe me, I've already done it. The only thing I achieved was that the intro moved forward a couple of seconds.

I have the same problem, all the cinematics freezes. I have the game installed in SSD.

Thanks, that helped. It's not like I can watch cinematics anymore, they still lag. But I was able to start PLAYING, that's more important. And everything is going surprisingly well. Thanks again.
