Floating bug?

Last night I was playing and got to the part in the intro where you defend the virus bomb while its getting ready for launch. I had died on my first attempt and on my second attempt, my character and the enemies were all hovering like a foot above the ground. this caused some stuttering and awkwardness but I ultimately got through the fight. However, after the bomb launch cinematics, the enemies and I are still hovering, culminating with an incredibly glitched fight with the big dude at the end (apologies for not knowing the names, this is my first time with Warhammer 40k). Has anyone else experienced this? reloading from the last checkpoint didnt fix it, but everything seems ok now that ive progressed to the next chapter
