Constant Crashing

I have played since release without any issues. Never had crashes etc. But since yesterday... constant crashes.. Right now, I just came out of a game, the last boss was on less than 10%, and pooof, crash.. This happens so often these last 2 days.. 60% of my matches. And sometimes I'm not even in a match, I'll just be standing the barge and I get a crash dump...

rant over.

the only thing i changed 2 days ago was turned on xplatform connection, but I since turned taht off cause I thought that might be the case, turns out it aint.

also tried the steam install file verification in the meantime, no fix.

anyone got any suggestions?

running a 7900XTX and a 7800X3D

exactly the same here. So far i tried to to open the firewall for sm2 to no avail. Basic things like validating files. I really do not know what causes this. Sometimes i can go for hours, sometimes minutes. Sometimes it happens while idle, or in action, solo, coop. Last time it happened i noticed some artefacting before it froze. Maybe its a vram memory leak issue?

Patch 3.0 made them more consistent.
Patch 3.1 killed the previous workarounds (like disabling overlays).

Run HWINFO64 in the background while playing the game and let us know what it says for MAX CPU, GPU and GPU hot spot temps.

I keep checking back to see if they fixed this lmao looks like they're taking their time.

Also used to run fine before this update, but afterwards, for the first time, I had a mid operation crash.

I'll have to try and see if it's still doing it cus I uninstalled as soon as that ♥♥♥♥ happened. For me, it's just not worth playing if I'm not sure if I can even finish the game.

I will try this now.

It crashes more than just teh game tbh. It also takes down ICUE sometimes. And right now, last time, I had to reboot my pc cause my main moniter was just black.

-so started a new game with the program running, i have a excel file with data now, can i do something to get the info from teh data?

I cant even start the game since yesterday. Before that, no issues. Now it just freezes and crashes before its even started up properly

I suppose you're on the 24.9.1 driver and validated the steam files of the game?

But the GPU temp is quiet hot, so the CPU is also on fire?
