thats not true it is 10% and thats a lot.
all classes shut have that.

Correct I only unlocked it today. It's definitely 10%. And it's not contested health. If you have contested health, you reclaim some of that AND 10%

Yeah, Vangaurd has the best healing perk but other classes also have good perks and that's why they play so differently. I like the different playstyles more than there should be one overclass.

Tacticians with the right skill have infinite ammunition, heavies clear waves and bosses in seconds, etc. Leave the increased healing to the frontline fighters!

it heals contested health and 10% on top of that. reason why people say it's 1% is that at launch the help text said it was 1%, though even then it healed 10%.
yeah i wish everyone had access to that, even if minor like 5% healing, just little bit because playing vanguard feels so much better than any other class as the health is less stressful thing to worry about

Absolutely agree that every class should have access to some form of sustain similar to vanguard's.

I remember the amount of youtubers who read the text and wrote it off without trying it. "1%? I gotta kill 99 warriors to get a full heal. This perk sucks!" This is why you should do your own research and testing.
