Do Chaos Marines have their own version of the Primaris Marines?

I suppose the Chaos version of a Primaris would just be a Primaris marine that gets corrupted by Chaos, but I don't think they've independently created their own 'next generation' of marines like the Primaris.

Archmagos Belasarius Cawl developed the Primaris space marines, they're not just new recruits, they have extra augmentations compared to first born. Loyalist primaris could fall to chaos, but afaik they dont have any way to make them themselves. It's mostly capturing Loyalist marines and brainwashing them, or acquiring ones that have already fallen themselves.

Fabius will sooner or later deliver the means to the Traitor Legions to make their own Chaos Primaris, even though he can already augment Chaos Marines (albeit is a coinflip if they work or not).

The Alpha Legion also got their hands on Primaris Geneseed and are working with some Dark Mech Adepts to make their own ones.

They will when they open a giant rift on Mars and take over the Primaris kitchen and use it to cook up chaos versions of all the primaris marines.

Except, in a weird twist of fate, all the marines based on geneseeds that went traitor the first time refused to go traitor this time and led by the Primaris Luna Wolves they close the rift and retake Mars but not before traitor versions from all loyalist geneseeds join Chaos and take some portable EZ bake ovens for Primaris marines back to the warp.

Which sadly never really got depicted in the Novels or Games outside of the Possesed.
If they would, than the Primaris would just level out the playfield once again.

CSM are all firstborn, but they do have a bunch of fancy daemonic crap that can even the playing field a bit.

I guess possessed marines would count as chaos primaris, in a way.

No, and there are not even "Chaos Marines", they are not consolidated or merged like the Imperium of Men for example. In terms of lifeforms, i think in the Warp almost anything is imaginable.
