Red Bars Connection Issue after patch

I've been playing this game and I've noticed something a bit frustrating. In the top right corner of the screen there are these red bars that keep popping up. It's a bit of a bummer because the game loads but these bars still appear in every match, no matter what. It's quite challenging to play like this.
