still cant connect to servers since 4.0 (FIX FOUND)

thought this update would address the server connection issues that the prior update created... I still can not connect to servers after hitting "continue" will load for 10-15 min and when its about to finish it just says disconnected. this is not a crossplay issue as ive tried flipping it on/ off, reinstalling game, and verifying integrity of files. no solutions have worked please fix the servers or address this issue. i am not the only one experiencing it and im sure you will continue to lose pc players if they cant even connect to the game.

Yep same. Game worked fine before 4.0 haven't been able to play since. 4.1 did nothing. Can I get a refund? Paid $60 for a product that worked for a few days that I could play.

I encourage you all to share your issues as well. the more people we can consolidate on this issue the more likely they will address the problem. I picked up mine off fanatical and cant even go for a refund

the workaround that works for me is:

After loading in and getting the disconnect error, log out immediately to the main menu and log back in. for some reason this loads quick enough that i dont get the disconnect message the second time, i can then run operations normally.

I agree, this is still a big enough problem, it should be prioritized in the next patch. but i hope the workaround works for you.

damn didnt work for me. by log out/back in you mean to just go back to main menu and hit continue again right?

Yep same problem here. Haven't been able to play since 4.0 dropped... really disheartening given that the game has been mostly enjoyable.

The work around mentioned above did work for me, but still very annoying and time consuming.

I do that too but my problem is that it takes up to 10-15 minutes to just log into the game at this rate. It's absolutely ridiculous since 4.0.

Give me my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ money back you pile of ♥♥♥♥ game! What a waste of 90 quid.... its crap, constant crashes and disconnects and overall complete unbalance... wank! Just did diff 2 new mission and got wrecked right at the end as the targeting pistol didn't work... 3 major waves, 12 tyrannid warriors and a lictor... all while trying to dodge 4000 tonnes of green ♥♥♥♥♥, oh and thanks for taking my primary weapon off me for it .. thoroughly enjoyed that .. not !

Yes, for me, going back to the main menu, then hitting 'continue' loads me back to the battle barge without a disconnect message (i can play fine after that.)

the load times are absolutely trash, it loads resources twice before i get into the battlebarge the first time, then loads the main menu, and then another load resource when i log back in to the battle barge

I run off a hard drive (not ssd) and the wait time is painful, but it does get me in eventually

ah damn i think we may have slightly dif problems on here. I noticed another thread a guy with an rtx graphicscard (like myself) stated the current drivers were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up and we will need to use outdated drivers for the game to run

Try uninstalling with DDU in safe boot, and then installing a downgraded version. I had problems with drivers 565.90.
