we're well past 5 minutes into the patch.
the fencing parry changes were a change to set them aside from balanced and blocking beyond just having more parry frames, they explain that in the patch notes and the gameplay reflects it, not our fault people didn't read.
the bolt weapon buffs are not significant because the increases in damage doesn't help them meet alot of damage breakpoints that enemies have. it makes some of the highest tier enemies die in single digit less shots.
stalker bolter got the only noticable change for killing warriors in a single less headshot
that's part of the problem, the heavy bolt rifle only kills gaunts in one headshot below ruthless, still doesn't kill in one headshot against Tzangors. you keep posting as if I want the game to be a breeze when I'd much prefer the bolt weapons to get brought up to be equal and feel good to use like everything else
Melta did not get nerfed, the Meltabomb did exclusively vs bosses, how people continue to misread this is beyond me if your a one trick melta dependant pony your melta is fine.
The Fencing change was more of a buff, definitely not a nerf, your parry frames begin the moment you hit the button, this means you can block at the absolute last second and are always guaranteed the parry. Overall it doesn't even feel different, if you're struggling with this one you're just bad at parrying. This one is a skill issue, full stop.
The ammo acquistion they hopefully reverted for the lower difficulties while leaving it as is on Lethal, honestly could start on Ruthless too, teach people to actually manage their ammo.
Auspex change was fine, you can still instantly delete bosses with the 30% reduction, it was absolutely insane before they toned it down and it still does it's job. You can still 1 phase the Heldrake and delete the entire healthbar of a carni/neuro/helbrute in one duration of Auspex post change so I'd say this is still fine.
We'll have to see on the bolt weapons, a few were already viable but the vast majority were pretty weak but it's nice to see them begin tweaking them upwards.
beastmen aren't daemons. the warhammer wiki is there if you need an entry into the lore and there's plenty of novels and short stories.
