NERF THE MELTA AND GRENADE LAUNCHER

By the throne there is nothing more annoying than someone spamming grenades. Funny thing is you know they suck cause the moment they run out of grenades in a swarm they go down. Makes the game way too boringly easy same with the melta

to be 100% honest though if i had to decide between the two id want that dumb grenade launcher nerfed more than anything. At least people with the meltas can actually fight when they run out of ammo with them.

no it needs nerfed. you can solo all missions with the grenade launcher. its way to generous with the ammo. if anything the amount of ammo needs nerfed. im fine with damage staying the same but way to lax on how easily u just get your ammo right back

Sounds like someone that hasnt even entered lethal and is trying to cope that everyone that uses grenade build is bad, while theres one in almost every lethal group that clears everything well.

I like feeling powerful, and think most people do to. If you nerf grenade they will use melta, if you nerf it they will find another OP thing, It's a cycle in PvE games, Would be better to buff other options and up the diff, Make it harder for people to solo with any weapons regardless of power, Ammo count could work, Or enemy AI could target the player with highest kill streak, special enemies spawn is always a good option, just no nerfs please

I remember how nerfing every meta went in HD2, don't want it repeated to another game i love

i got an easy solution to this problem too. ill just play tactical all the time so noobs cant pick the class. its that easy i guess, melta is a little different just because of the simple fact people can still fight when out of ammo with and arent just brain dead nade spammers

buddy boo i already have beaten lethal. you dont need a tactical at all. just a sniper and any other class. not my fault you cant beat anything without relentlessly spamming the noob tube.

I mean lore wise melta rifle and multi-melta are primarily beam weapons that are basically a precision version of the plasma guns (they focus all their heat in one armor melting beam rather than a blast, yes some versions are capably of a "melta blast" like the ones we have but really these weapons need to be reworked to blast in hipfire and beam in aim/heavy stance.

What we have now is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of a flamer... speaking of which give us a flamer and heavy flamer, I mean both already exists in the game... and an inferno pistol we need more sidearms anyway.

the only problem i have with either of them is when they knock me out of a combo JUST before i get a stomp which is so much more useful when im in the middle of a group.

the funny thing is that its somebody outside the crowd throwing grenades into the crowd probably thinking their helping, when really theyre just stunning people trying to do combos
