Incorrect latin in the bolter scopes
I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but the latin phrase "mors mihi est artis" written in the zoomed in scope is gramatically incorrect, it should be "ars" instead of "artis". Even then, the phrase translates into "death is an art to me", which sounds weird, right? If the intent was for it to say "death is my art", then the phrase on the scope should say "mors ars mea est".

Do you mean «pseudolatin» or «lingua vulgata»?

same difference. Though maybe the broken latin is intended then.

I'm pretty sure it's meant to say death is an art to me not the second phrase you posted
Consulted with a renowned academic in Latin translation.
The closest translation of "Mors mihi est artis" would be "Death to me is art" which makes a little more sense.
But even then the declension is wrong. It should be "Mors artem mihi est"
But linguistically, declensions and grammatical structure usually change a lot in a dialects evolution, doubly so with a dead language.
I reckon if High Gothic has managed to maintain that degree of accuracy of 40 millennia it's pretty impressive record keeping
It's broken High Gothic for "My craft is death." and yes it's totally wrong.
Source: The English words are part of the Astartes litany spoken commonly, and even in the start of the Campaign.
