Is titus a "Tactical" ?

just wondering, Valius on the operations "seems" to be the leader of the operations team, but i could be wrong, do you guys think titus is a "Tactical" class ?

Titus is a tactical Astarte from the beginning, since it is never mentioned that he is specialized in other branches of Astarte training, if literally he is a standard tactical.

When remembering correct he was Captain of the 2nd Company and if the lore is not changed you have to go this route:
Scout (new marines) -> Devastor -> Assault -> Tactical.
Some may get permanent Members of Assault or Devastor Squats because they simply good at it and like it.

Anything else are special Roles like Chaplains or bound to Member of the 1. Company, that are the Elite of the Chapter and Titus was never member of it.

Titus is a lieutenant, formerly captain. Before that we don't know, but considerable experience is needed to take command positions it's safe to assume he went through the companies like most marines. The squad he is assigned to is a 2nd Company Tactical Squad, though all of them wear assault intercessor armour. The concept of tactical is meant to be the most multi-purpose, though in recent editions Intercessors are typical riflemen instead of the multi-purpose troops they are described as.

Valius is a member of squad Veridian which lead by Decimus. It is composted of Decimus(vanguard), Valius(tactical), and Straban(heavy)

Like Seargeant Tarkus from Dow 2.

From a purely gameplay standpoint, he is a tactical, with a custom class ability.
From a lore standpoint he is a Lieutnant, which is a battlefield leader in the Space Marine hierarchy.
