Audio out of sync
Is it me pre the audio in the cutscene still out of sync

Yep. rebooting pc and/or game does not change the audio being 2-3 seconds behind video.

Same here, verifying file integrity, resetting game/computer, and messing with settings have not made an effect.

So for some reason, it has to do with my PS4 controller. If i plug it in after the main screen, the audio mostly corrects itself. However after a short period with it plugged in, the audio issue returns.
