it's a nerf that's supposed to cut the grass beneath the feet of those pesky speed runners
if you don't want to play the game, why bother in the first place ?
I literally went into the new mission on ruthless when the update hit with a Tactical who uses a Relic Bolter without Grenade launcher. Should i tell you how i didnt have any problems because basically nothing changed?
There is no need to 'farm' relics, you need about 1 armory data per 3-4 missions to keep up with tier unlocks
This isn't warframe where you crack relics for loot. The storage caps out at 20 and I've probably sent 100 data into the void now...
This update barely affected Ruthless except for people speedrunning Decapitation with 2 meltas + damage boost on Tactical scan to 1-shot the Tyrant.
On Lethal, where the ammo limitation is more pronounced, I still never ran out of ammo.
All the other changes didn't affect lower difficulties in any way.

You are blatantly lying. Inferno alone has way more warriors spawning and they take more damage to kill and they kill you faster because of the 20% armor nerf. The patch notes themselves tell you that they made Ruthless and Substantial harder by nerfing the players' armor. They are already weak, slow, and soft as paper, with zero sense of power or toughness.
They still look cool, but that's more of a slap in the face now, given how pathetically weak they are. Go ahead and make them fat blue-haired gay transwomen now, if you are going to make them so weak and bad at fighting that they die like flies and no one wants to use them anymore.

Ruthless: Ammo crates have limited refills per player.
Ruthless: Player's armour reduced by 15%.
I can see where you perhaps misunderstood me though, by lower difficulties I mean lower than Ruthless.
