Cant use new Lethal cosmetics

Completed inferno on Lethal today and the knee decal just takes me to the heraldry screen instead of letting me equip it

Its just your standard primaris helmet.

I've completed every operation on Lethal. I got the helmet and the power sword skins. I noticed few knee decals with tyranids on them. They were locked and when I tried to open them, it took me to the Heraldry window but I have unlocked every single chapter. After I tried to open them again, it took me to the DLC section (which I haven't bought and I won't).

It is definitely bugged. Just like the deathwatch armour pieces and unlockables. They are missing textures etc. Doesn't really surprise me at this point. They're rather incompetent when it comes to the very basics of development.
