Update Locked weapon skins + tiers that are already unlocked

Anyone else experiencing a bug where your unlocked mastery weapons in operations have been re-locked and you can't even unlock them again? This is irritating because I can't use half of my relic tier weapons anymore with no way of obtaining them again

Can this please get more attention? I and perhaps other players are unable to use certain mastery weapons. I am forced to use purples on a lot of my weapons which isnt doable in the new difficulty

I have the same problem, all my stuff is locked and inaccessible, was working just fine before the update dropped

I unlocked the Heavy Bolt Rifle’s “Ophelian Liberation - Beta” variant but the weapon skin remains locked. This is the only instance I’ve run into this issue so far but still quite annoying.

The game have had problems with progression being prone to reset or bug since release and it's pretty annoying.
Usually its limited to cosmetic stuff which colorscheme constantly reseting or the like, but having actual weapon tier locked again is new (no idea why you put skin in the title if you were talking about actual weapon tier tho).

Yes, this happened to me... as If I've never played the game. All of my player customization is gone too,

Same thing here. Is it related to last patch?
