Like any level of insubordination in any military here on earth of that degree would be met with very very harsh punishments. You're not gonna be marine for long if you can't follow orders.

Gadriel says “They are deserters” when encountering the false Cadians before ever having any evidence against them, almost at the beginning of their conversation.

Hes just not great at space marining.

yep and anyone that knows anything about cadians or has ever seen one, or hundreds as he has in this very war campaign; have purple/violet eyes. You're not gonna forget a mutation like that in a human being being SPECIFIC to a people that once inhabited a planet separate from the rest of the imperium - like i dont think any other iteration of humantiy has purple irises.

Major sarkanna does - and she has violet eye shadow as well to match. That traitor had brown eyes. Super obvious. All 3 of them should've noticed that immediately.
