Did titus die in space marine 2?
Guys, I am quite new to the lore. When titus was destroying the power source at the end battle or when he was close to the miniature obelisks, we see his nose bleed. After destroying the power source, he passes out and we hear the emperor's voice as he awaken.

My question is....did titus actually die and revived back to life by the emperor like how dante was revived by sanguinius or did he just pass out?

I need to know, hoping for an explanation from those who are well read with 40k lore. Thanks

He died when he was impaled by the Tyrant in the first mission, he is in reality the dreadnought you see later in game.
Ahhh okay. So in reality, the laurels of victory was actually for Leandros, got it.

Titus never died in the true sense of the word. But you could say that he was more dead than alive. The fact that he did not succumb to his fatal wounds after the battle with the Carnifex was solely due to a Rubicon surgery. This major medical intervention turned Titus into a Primaris Space Marine, making him stronger, faster and more resilient.

Actually Demetrian Titus was killed from a Tyranid Carnifex and remade by the rubicon surgery as you learn early in the campaign.

The nosebleed is actually pretty suspicious too, but the most important thing what you dont see in the cutscene at the end of the game is that Brother Valtus the Redemptor Dreadnought is following Lord Calgar and Lieutenant Titus into the Warp as well.

After the collapse he now might be a repainted variant of Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka preparing a new war on the battlebarge itself. Valtus always had bad teeth so no one is noticing.

You got that right brother, Leandros was the main character all the time.

I am referring to the ending, where he "passes out" but it wasn't explicitly stated if he died or merely lost consciousness. Chairon warned titus that he COULD die from turning the obelisk which is vague. If Chairon instead said that he WILL die from turning the obelisk, my question would have been answered.

Titus was repaired I would call it being reborn as a primaris. I wouldn't call it death
