I really don't get the whole "established characters" thing.
How established can these characters be if we can swap their Chapters?
I can understand Titus (and his squadmates to an extent) not having that effect on, since he's usually the one seen without his helmet, but the others should at least have that modular/robotic voice filter on if they wear helmets. It's a small gripe, but they're just too iconic to miss out on.
Note: in the newly released multiplayer trailer, it seems that none of the loyalist Marines, with the exception of the faction announcer, which is probably speaking through Vox channels, have filters on their voice lines, while ironically the Heretic Astartes (or at least some of them) seem to have it!
