But hey we'll get a Sniper Class instead.... Shouldn't "Chapter Scouts" be Novices? So no Power Armor yet?! o.O

Not all Scouts are novices. Some stay as Scouts to help train the new recruits.

Bulwark is a "healer" in a manner of speaking, his banner ability regens armour.
Sure, an apothecary that can heal actual health would be nice, and I would appreciate new classes after release in general, but the Bulwark should do a competent enough job for the time being.

All I gotta say is you people really need to do your research they are adding a apothecary soon
Edit:sorry I didn't realize how old this thread was

Bulwark can heal health as well if you set it up correctly. Invigorating Icon gives a full bar of contested health for everybody nearby when you place a banner. Drop a banner near an executable enemy and you got yourself a fullheal.

Repairing armour on a long cd and a tiny bit of possible missing health in a very short and specific moment is Not a Healer.

100% of your health is now a "tiny bit"? Besides, the CD is very far from long at max level. There are multiple team perks that let your drastically reduce ability cooldowns. Interacting with weapon drop pods also fully resets your cooldown.

What do you mean, if a Bulwark drops a banner, they refill your entire bar with Contested Health. As such doing an AOE attack or better yet, do a dropping right before an execution can give a player Max HP.

There is also a perk that if someone heals from the contested health, all players with contested health also get healed.

Edit:

Just to go with the OP Discussion, there is talk about more Classes being introduced later on.

I think it is on the road map

You need to go read warhammer lore, rpg lore, play some rpg games, some mmos, maybe play a holy paladin in WOW etc. so you can learn what a healer is.

This guy... lmao. Bulwark is literally a dude with a sword and shield that has a revive and a heal, but "go play a paladin". smh.
