Yeah, of course. The higher editions just give you four day early access and cosmetics. You can buy the season pass and DLCs at any time in the future, so don't worry about buying the base edition

Indeed. Customisation and character options are huge so you don't ultimately miss out on the core gameplay and fun of the game. If you have money later and you are a fan of some of the particular package content you can buy it later. I think there is a lot more customisation to come.

I think the important part of the game is 3-men-team cooperation, the thing you should care is the fun when you are playing with your pals. You have shown your loyal to the emperor since you decide to buy this game, so don't worry base edition is enough.

the ultramarine pack Yes, but the preorder pack will only be available if you buy any edition before the release of the game.
