Yep. That particular Inquisitor has a stick up their *ss for the Celestial Lions. They've been trying to destroy them for the longest time now all because of one incident.
Not all Inquisitors have the Imperium's best interests in mind. Some are just power hungry pr*cks with their dirty little secrets or have some serious ego problems.
who can be considered good and who are truly devoted to the protection off the emperiums people; at the cost off everything.
they are honestly one off the cooler legions; but very small now as i remember they got crushed trying to do their duty ^^
can't memba the exact story(someone who knows telltell
hey, not taking this lamenters erasure
there's actually a few different chapters that take protecting people very seriously, most just end up hyper-focusing on an objective rather than focusing on saving as many people as possible which makes the examples that will put protecting lives on a higher priority than killing the enemy stand out more
then the memes view of 40k makes some of those get forgotten or have their stories confused for other chapters'
I don't think I want to hear "No, Kharn is right" ever again. Just finished watching a video on him and the dude is insane (which is saying something for him being a world eater). But yes it is a realm, I just use the word system more loosely because I've been playing mass effect series again and that was the first word that game to mind.
Yup. the fight with the space wolfs wasn't the end and I don't there will be for quit some time. On that note though, I really want to know who they pissed off. This is person that seems to have so much power that they can order an assassination on loyal astartes even during a mission sent by Guilliman.
I don't know the results of Armageddon but as far as I saw the chapter it was still in the "reconstruction/recruitment" phase and it will take hundreds or thousands of years to recover its forces due to the amount of genetic material lost, ironically perhaps the primaris could help accelerate its reconstruction .
What do you think of the Celestial Lions color scheme? they have my favorite followed by Salamander and Carcharodons.
It's just sad that after everything he was put through by the inquisition, the chapter master died while trying to get his primaris marines.
I just need to know who this guy is though. He has so much power at his disposal and is wasting it on petty stuff all the while Guilliman is in charge and sent some primaris marines to go help them recover.
I'm pretty sure it's Inquisitor Apollyon. I haven't read much into it. I just know that the Celestial Lion's wounded his ego and that hasn't gone well for them.
It boils down to... the Celestial Lions uprooted a rebellion on their planet. Apollyon got wind and when the Celestial Lions effectively, and quite literally, with their backs turned after leaving the planet, had the planet Bombarded into an inhospitable waste, killing everyone on its surface because everyone on the planet was a heretic in his eyes.
Since then the Lions have tried to expose him for needlessly and ruthlessly killing billions, and Apollyon doesn't like this. So he's trying to destroy them.
Basically, he's an Inquisitor that needs to be hit with Excommunicatus Traitoris and executed, because he's one of those whose lost the plot.
Reason being is because if they DO get exposed, they will be killed by another Inquisitor in most likely circumstances, and worse now they're trying to exterminate a perfectly loyal, capable Chapter. Needlessly. Believe it or not, but needlessly exterminatus'ing a planet is actually frowned upon and killing loyalist Astartes without due cause isn't exactly looked at kindly.
