Cross-Progression?

Does anyone know if there will be cross progression? I already preordered it on Xbox but I need to know if I should preorder it on steam as well. Thanks everyone!

Cross prog applies if you buy it from microsoft store/xbox app on pc & use the same account on your XB.

mmh but it seems you can not buy it on Xbox PC app to me and it is only playable with Xbox X/S. For the PC version you need to buy through steam to my understanding, correct?

I thought MSFT was touting that the purchase applies to both platforms as part of its "play anywhere" policy. Is that not the case?

I am pretty sure you make an account on some website site (idk which one it is yet) you will have option when you start playing to link. You make an account and link you steam / xbox / PS5 accounts. From what I have seen in some videos on guys with early access. It wasn't available before but is now.

They have it, I preordered the collectors edition on xbox,ps5 and PC. Having my 2 Gf's play on the other consoles and I play on PC so we have a full 3 squad.
