I have just learned about this individual and their views of my race/sex/orientation. I am deeply appalled that a company would hire someone with such hateful views. I was very much looking forward to this game. I however cannot support such views and will not be purchasing this game.

Same I didn't care about the other stuff (not a big Warhammer fan) but an individual with Ashley's views belongs in a mental asylum, not a game development team. I cannot support a company that has employees like that on staff.

Amazon threatening GW if they didn't include female Space Marines was supposed to be the last straw, and then I find out that GW fought back HARD against it, and the female custodes was a compromise to save their company. I thought I could look forward to this game but having seen the tweets from its writer, I sadly too have to remove it from my wishlist.

Will watch the walk-throughs on YT to compensate.

Ashley was originally a male's name, actually. First noticed in 1800s England. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashley_(given_name)

Even if the tweets were a joke the reverse would be accepted by people like Ashley. Further more if a White guy made such joke tweets about gay people he would be fired and people like Ashley would be harassing him non stop. I don't mind offensive jokes, but what I do mind is hypocrisy.

But looking at her LinkedIn profile she stopped working with Saber like 2 years ago, and seeing that SM2 got 'delayed' its prolly because of this, folks in the studio prolly didn't like what she wrote so she got fired or something.

But yeah don't pre-order games, I would just wait and see if SM2 gonna be good or not based on independent reviewers like SkillUp
