would be cool, if they could figure out a way to monitor it.
I highly doubt they can. I remember a few years back Lego wanted to make an online game where you can build anything, but one of the things that stopped it is they couldn't design a functional system to prevent people from making penises.
Automated systems to monitor things would require way too much effort for the hassle. While nice to make custom emblems, and the majority of people would use it as intended. The few ruin it for all
