I'm very sorry but i can only hear space sharks to the tune of baby shark.... again i'm sorry....
Tyberos is daddy shark
Then again. . . if there are Black Legion Chaos Marines in any of the co-op PvE, maybe black armor isn't a great idea. . . Hmmm. . . In that case I'll cave and be whatever other people are playing so the squad has some coherency!
As a raven guard, black is good.
Fair then.

It probably doesn't help that I'm a 'black shield' (which you can do if you start with a Black Templar as the base color scheme). It was that or be the 'Up Arrow' Chapter.

If I had to guess, the only reason Titus doesn't have that is because he became a Primaris after serving his due.
And yeah, marines may keep their Deathwatch pauldron in recognition of their service in the Deathwatch, so it would just be a cool option to have. : )
well, I have a few homebrew Chaos Warbands, too.
One of whom is the Alwyte Armourers, an artist's commune of sorts who splintered off from the Iron Warriors. Their leader, Pygmalion, started to truck with Slaanesh and start to produce, let's say overproduced weapons and armor. They basically stripmine whatever planets they can and use the resources to create various wargear purely for the pleasure of creation.
They wear white armor with gold trim and purple leather accessories. Would probably be difficult to tell apart from the Sons of the Phoenix at a quick glance. Like the Iron Warriors, they're also fond of fielding Daemon Engines. As you might expect from their backstory and MO, they're led by their Warpsmiths.
The other of my Chaos Warbands I'm particularly happy with are the Prophets of the Abyss, a Wordbearers offshoot who wear black armor with red trim, and often wear black robes over their armor, as well. They seem to enjoy toying with the forces of the Imperium in a way that provokes anger. Their faith and motives are ill-known - I like to think they're believed to be adherents of Be'lakor, but in reality, they're... Let's say Early Adopters of the Dark King.
. . . or Dark Angels.
