The last thing I read about the Lamenters was some of them being wiped out to the last man as they fell back and were defending civilians that Leviathan was attacking. So they likely got Primaris which got wiped out anyway.

Although this happened with other chapters. The initial crusade took heavy losses because it didn't matter if Primaris were "better" than Firstborn they lacked so much such as experience. Their Firstborn counterparts surpassed them on the field.

Other way around. They got nearly wiped to the last but got reinforced. They were at Baal and were reinforced by primaris from guiliman

If they go for the case of a season => Successor chapter of a legion. It should 100% have the blood angels second. Besides the fact that the ultra marines are THE chapter used to represent the SM, they fought a lot in the First Tyrannic War. Then there is the devastation of Baal where the blood angels had big clashes with the nidd.

I don't know if there is another legion that fought the tyranids as much as Ultramarines or blood angels.... Give to us, the lamenters, the Flesh Tearers, and the death company (they have their own icon and colors, so I imagine they will be treated as a separate chapter) ....

They will be added for sure - season pass is cosmetics only and they will add ton of chapters across 4 phases. Even on launch you have a lot of chapters added in "launch day phase 0"

i thought so too but i cant for the life of me find proof.
