The reason there are no female Astartes is because they have their own branches within the Imperium forces. Female Astartes would make Adeptus Sororitas obsolete effectively. Besides that, there is an element of gender roles, more or less. Very few people find it a cool idea to have females featuring giantism with massive hands and feet. I know the real lore-heads know that Astartes aren't just taller with more muscle, they have 'giantism' - means their hands, head, and feet (and general anatomy) isn't just larger, it's an entirely different set of body proportions.

I don't understand all the anti-Sororitas hate speech personally. I think Sisters of Silence are an awesome idea. They have something unique. An entire army of female psychic pariahs.. Astartes don't have that... So why do so many folks want to take away the uniqueness of Sororitas? Not to mention warping the entire lore just to fit their fetish or political agenda... I know lots of far left extremists would love to add female Astartes just for the very reason of warping the lore and upsetting folks. What kind of reason is that? To not even want something for yourself but to want it merely because it will hurt someone else? That sounds like a psychological sickness to me.

So, I personally stand with keeping the Adeptus Sororitas unique instead of destroying them for some hate based purely political agenda.

In the same manner many Warhammer Fantasy fans do not respect AoS as cannon it is a perfectly relevant stance to say that Female Astartes are not cannon either.

Just because some political hack gets hired for the sole purpose of corrupting the game/lore with politics that doesn't mean anything.

Now there are various changes that have been debated in 40k such as "new Nurgle" and Primaris SM. I myself am a huge fan of New Nurgle, which would be very evident if you saw how I painted my Maggotkin army. However, I'm not into the Primaris concept. However, these changes represent a shift in that state of progress - a new iteration - designed to move the game forward. Furthermore, these changes do not reflect the creeping in of hyper-political agendas.

The issue here is the corruption of the game by warping the cannon and setting with Post Modern politics. The imagery of the Imperium has always been a satirical shot at the gross disturbia of all-consuming industries and religious fanaticism (secular or otherwise...). Various other metaphors exist in the game relevant to other socio-economic issues such as the Orks being associated with the Irish or black people (I'm sure most folks here know what the Irish are referred to as in Europe...). One could also associate various other races with various other themes: the Tyrannids or Skaven with Islam. The Eldar with Thule.

UNDERSTAND THIS... I am not personally making these associations. It is well known for example that HP Lovecraft was a racial/cultural purist and very likely an outright racist. His own lore reflected his disdain for inter-racial intermingling. Racist ideologies and ideologies that beleive in Ethic/Cultural purity are a thing in our world... It's just part of reality. In the Occult - Antipathy - is an accepted principle of Nature. That is to say that Racism is effectively natural. I personally am not racist but I accept that Antipathy is a perfectly natural instinctual response for those - who on a base primal level - experience fear when they encounter things different from themselves. I personally do not experience fear when I encounter difference. Personally, I experience awe and curiosity.. even sek'shoe'all attraction... because that too is an Instinctual Primal Drive on behalf of the Continuity of Species. That is to say, it is just as important to protect the purity of Ethnicity and Culture as it is to occasionally mix them - this, to promote the gene-pool and creativity.

So, to reiterate - Many of the worlds most beloved authors and such have often been very nasty people.. or otherwise those who have imperfect or dastardly qualities. Ever heard the quote, "Never meet your heros."? And it is natural for their ideology and life experience to manifest in their art. Does this mean we need to purge or bastardize their art? It is the flaw in a gemstone which gives it it's unique and brilliant colors... I think people who's minds exist on an ascended level of Macrocosmic Perception can accept and consider the times and the then generally-accepted-cultural-knowledge-and-perspective.

So do I agree with adapting cannon in the name of continuity of the game and story? Yes. But to serve the polarist whims of hate filled cultural/political activists? No.

Your "support" for war is irrelevant, hippy. The armed forces exist and they need people to fill them. They also need elite units for the incredibly dangerous missions, like sabotaging Nazi artillery in World War II, or putting a bullet in Bin Laden. Those units are filled exclusively with men, not because of "sexism", but because the tests to get in are so tough that women physically can't pass them. The Space Marines are those guys, in space. Making women their physical equal undermines their entire purpose.

I agree. I would much rather see more Sisters of Battle lore and models. The problem is, is that tourists only focus on space marines (or primaris space marines which aren't space marines) so GW responds only to that.

I specifically brought them up to COUNTER your deflecting babbling about "wars for greed", by giving two examples of elite units carrying out missions I knew even a woke hippy wasn't going to whinge about, thereby validating the need for elite units and destroying your silly little time-wasting deflection.

What does "bio" stand for again? Oh yeah, biological. Having control over a science doesn't magically change the fundamental science. Testosterone is where strength, aggression and muscle mass comes from, that was true when prehistoric people were grovelling in the dirt and it would be true in the 41st Millennium in space.

While Dr. Who might be able to handwave away it's silly nonsense by just throwing in a science-y word like "quantum", that's because it's camp and goofy as hell, 40k would have a harder time maintaining it's tone relying on magic science codewords like "bio-engineering" the same way.

What was my side again? I don't want 40k to be limited by political outsiders the company have disavowed anyway. Femarines, I am not for or against, if it happens I want it fun and interesting.

with the amount of backlog i have and other activities, i´m not spending my >>time<< and money on any product that is flawed on a level that annoys me too much.

for example:
stellar blade reverting the censorship.
ok, now it´s back on the possible buy-list again, from what it was banned so far.

baldurs gate 3:
annoying current year s__t and companions i dont like. i´ve had plenty of the 2nd ones during PF:kingmaker & wrathOTrighteous. going through the hassle to mod all those flaws out... yeah maybe, but it´s more likely that my time is too valuable to through that.
even with no alphabets mod ready and bg3 probably actually being a good game, those flaws immediatly drop it into a 50% sale territory. maybe this decreases to 35% if i get hooked on DnD5e in the coming years. however some devs post disliking certain customers that were "born wrong" doesnt help.
no idea if there are termination clauses in their contracts when they do stuff like that, however i think those should be there, linked with heavy fines due to brand & company damaging behauviour.



anyway, tl;dr
if a product, company or it´s employees waste my time & money or annoy (includes rewriting history) me or try to lecture me about "social justice" (aka utter garbage),
it gets no money, but only the stick till it does better.
when it does better, we talk again.
if it chooses to saints rows itself in the head, that´s fine by me. i will likely also laugh at it.

Yes if you have other plans you have other plans, very understandable.

From what I have heard of Stellar Blade is that it is mid and would be supporting Sony. The game seems to have had a Streisand effect from weird political sexual stuff.

BG3: There probably is avoidance guides at this point for stuff. I heard some of the No Alphabet mod pack has some questionable mods in.

Both males and females have both testosterone and estrogen. If you want to double down on head canon, I am fine with you assuming that is what that means.
