I need to know before play it

New to the game and few hours into this, but an old Rockman fans for decades, I feel like this is some kind of "Rockman/megaman" ver of "Diablo Immortal"? They tryna get something sell quick on smartphone market, so just squeeze all elements of Rockman franchise into one phone game app. How yall think of the game balance? Anything off by far? We all know that D- immortal was tanked... (D4 is No better for sure lol either) What do you think? Or maybe it's just me...

I recall seeing a zero vergil and axel dante somewhere and thought they came from this game. But I don't see them in the game. Was all that just fan art or a dream?
