Way of Nerfing Power Level?
Is there a way to actually match the Power Level of the various stages post game? I seem to have about 500K Power Level at a minimum at this point, but would like to not just steamroll everything.

Try the challenge course.
you can nerf character level but not account level. I mean you and remove armor, you can refund weapon power ups, you can remove cards, or also play a new/un upgraded character. that would let you play some of the older courses

Ok I guess the character level is the one I have the real issue with. Refund weapon levels is a good idea. I guess i could also buy new downgraded cards. Too bad you cannot nerf things further.
its more account power that will be the problem more then character, but i know those are things you can change. you and also use weaker weapon chips unless you maxed them as well

This is the way. The power level system is used in the default difficulty, which is what makes it the "easy" difficulty mode because it allows you to overcome everything through raw stats. If you're wanting more of a challenge, that's what the other difficulty mode is for. It makes it so the only stats that actually get taken into account are the green percentage boosts listed on skills and gear. This mostly removes your stat advantage and so makes the game more difficult.

Challenge mode is better, but still feels sort of off since the end game characters are just so good. Will probably need to have a combination of nerfing the gear and using weaker characters since I do not think you can reset character skills.

Thank you for helping me out here everyone!

best you can do with character is remove special weapon equip like frost P or the elect wave. Only minor nerf you can do to you high level character also is just remove the upgrade skill chip and run default. It's not much but it's also something to do.

Again i will remind about removing or getting crap armor from the event board. the pure states they provide cant be forgotten about

Right, forgot about the skill chips and armor too. Thanks.

yea, you will have to let us know how much you legit dropped.

Outside of character level like i said the problem is base level. AKA completion power and power from account level which as far as i can tell cant be reduced once gained.

Hope you can find your sweet spot, but i do have a question. Why not just start a new load account. the game has like 99 save slots. Or do you want the challange without needing to re beat everything?
