Rewards in online version for Story, Challenge, and Events

I do not own Offline (yet), but I understand that the Eddies in its Story differ at points from what the Online version gives you, and so I've gathered Online's rewards into one simple space! I did the same for the challenges---as well as the drops from each boss---because that mode is entirely absent from Offline.

This was in-part inspired by Reddit user IzzuZiq98 having verified the possibility of a run using only what the Story gives you (https://www.reddit.com/r/MMXDive/comments/16q9lm1/free_gift_selfimposed_run_ruleset_and_thoughts/). I later figured, "Why not expand on the potential options for runners?" Especially for those interested in capturing a "true to online" experience similar to Raven's events timeline.

Speaking of Events, I've decided to include Online's rewards for *those* as well for good measure! I know at least some of them give different rewards now (e.g., Savior gives Copy-X instead of Zero (Z); Maleficent Hero gives Volnutt Alt. instead of Servbot), so if you're looking to include Events in your "no outside purchases" run, here are even more options! Mind you, though, I used the X Dive Wiki for this information, and it only goes as far as the X-Hunters event, so if anybody knows what the rewards for all the later events were, please tell me.
