I have trouble with some jumps

As seen in the top image, there's a sea shell to be collected up the waterfall on the left edge. I did manage to double-jump to start a wall jump to get up there, but only after several tries. It feels I jump higher if I start the jump a little bit away horizontally than directly under.

The bottom image, I think I'm supposed to jump atop of the structure using the dragon boat, but I could never make the jump, I'm always just short of being able to start a wall jump.

What am I missing? Is Roll too short or do I need to get a character with an uppercut skill or triple jump?

Managed the jump in the bottom image... I just wasn't jumping at the right moment. I jumped off before the boat has gone the whole way.

After I try with Easter Roll like you use. I can double jump just fine. Maybe try again

Use the characters who have movement skills, whether it's a dash, like black zero or numerous other characters, or a triple jump like Third Armor X or Super Megaman(or quad jump like S Class Zero), or can fly like Falcon Armor X.

Oh yeah, S-Class Zero is the classic for theoretically having 4 jumps if he really needs them.

Two actual jumps and then can do two back to back uppercuts. So four jumps total.
