Tips for reaching 1.3M power level?

Hit 1.2M a bit ago. I'm level 200 now, my weapons are fully upgraded, have the final armor set, it's all level 200. All chips analyzed. So... any tips? Like maybe which cards have the highest raw stats or whatever? Because beyond that, guess I'm farming chip xp and memories.

Make sure your chips are also at rank 5 star level and your DiVE Trigger skills are all unlocked and maxed out. Aside from cards, the only thing left I can think of contributing to your power is Gallery, which you can increase by just generally grabbing and upgrading everything you can; characters, weapons, chips, cards, etc.
