Doesn't take much to make either character OP, but I use Double Elite Hunter (One 5 star and one 4 star) and Twin Heroes on Next DiVE. You want to use a Buster and Sword on Next DiVE anyway, so the weapon restriction on these cards doesn't really matter, and you get a 26% boost in damage dealt and 26% damage reduction. Check out the guides section to find a more generic card combo if you want more flexibility in weapon options and don't mind lesser stats.

Since I can't say for Via but for X I use this set for Challenge mode final chapter. Next X dive doesn't have heal so you have to depend on Shield. Sometimes Shield can't take all dmg so when you have HP under 50% to 30%, you will more tank with 50% dmg reduce and deal dmg heavier with 50% dmg. With that your shield can take dmg even more than that. If you want clear with 30% HP you have to learn boss move so you can dodge easily
