After playing maggot baits i got so spoiled i cannot enjoy another horror / guro VN

Not really. Maggot Baits had a L O T of futa. This one does not. While Maggot Baits had (g)rape in 90% of the scenes, in here it's played on a more serious tone when they happen. Violence is also greatly exaggerated in GSS and relies more on narrative than imagery, as opposed to the slow torture and graphic nature of MB.

Honestly, I like this one a lot more because of the better plot and characters, but if you want something "brutal", you should check out Sadistic Blood, which is really damn brutal (altho short).
