What is the best civilization to generate Great People?
I'm currently playing as Roman and I have 1500 extra great people from Clone Lab and science. I want to get the 3000 achievement, should I stay with this and let the time pass to the 3000 or should I rebirth?

How many times you rebithed to get 1500? It's boring to play again and again

idk exactly but the point is get to the last tech and use the clone labs for science

I have everything, so I have no need to rebirth and do it again. So how to setup processes to get 3k great people?

I tried to rebirth to get more buffs from great people, idk if its worth it
