Return to Tortage

Weird thing--my friend and I wanted to do some questing and I had just reached level 18, pretty close to the highest level of all the quests in Tortage, so I found the Smuggler's note and went to Conarch Village to do some new questing. Issue is, I can't seem to get back to Tortage--no smuggler will take me. They all cut me off and tell me that they can't help me! I'm anal and I want to finish up the last of the quests I had in Tortage. Why won't they take me? How do I get back?

All help is greatly appreciated! I've talked to a smuggler in Conarch Village and in Old Tarantia. I've just turned level 19. Unfortunately, I changed my Path of Asura already. Big bummer.

it depends on witch country you come from as to where the person is that will take you back to tortage. Try selecting quest in Tortage then show only quest on map. This should take you to the person that will take you to tortage.

If your Asura path still is bound to Tortage, you could use that instead.

Just in case you do not know what I am talking about:
The Asura spell icon is usually displayed next to the rest icon. Per default these are displayed together with change/draw weapon etc. on the right side of the screen. But you may have moved it somewhere else.

If you move the mouse cursor over the Asura icon and stay there, after a while a tooltip should show up telling you, to which region it is bound.

If you click the icon, you get teleported to the place it is bound to.
