Considering (when I last played) you couldn't see the vagina/penis....it doesn't completely count, but its pretty freaking close...
While I agree with you completely...you honestly think parents pay that much attention? It's sad how many of them dont..
But that's not our problem, or Funcom's.
An FYI; There is a chat censor option in the menu system to disable naughty words in chat's, too. Not much for the visuals, but it's there.
This is NOT a childrens game. Just like a movie, you wouldn't let them watch Aliens or Taratnino flics there are some very 'real-life' and brutal storylines. For example 4 out of 5 child-rescue quests dont end well. Even the humour can be grim at times. It's a fight to the end. But it's involving. And intelligent in its character design. It's definately not WoW.
You've nothing to lose.
It's Hyboria.
Unless labeled as such, actually it could be a problem, to either STEAM, or Funcom. But I guess, there wasn't really a warning on The Witcher 2, or the first game, so I guess you can't expect a free MMO to do it. I only thought it was kind of weird considering its EXTREMELY easy for a kid to just get into this, or for a parent to just allow their kid to play, thinking its just like most other rated M games they play. (Most rated M games don't have graphic nudity, if any at all, its mostly Violence/Adult language crap.)
It is labeled as such, that "M" you keep mentioning. Regardless of what other games have in their "M" games, the "M" rating covers nudity. That "M" is all the warning Funcom is required to give.
So is it really that weird, or stupid, to think there should be 1 line of text mentioning nudity? >.> Considering it's a FREE game. Scarlet Blade...another game, not even as graphic as this, has their warnings all over that game.
Sadly parents are like that...which is kind of stupid to allow certain REALLY adult things, but not allow something like that..

And I was ready to say the same about AoC (with the included line about Nudity)... but when I went to their store page... it doesnt require an age verification to view it (like CoD does) and it doesnt even have the M rating on the side.... =/
check it out for yourself: http://store.steampowered.com/app/218170/
So unfortunately, as much as I was wanting to say "See! It's right on the front page! If somebody doesnt read it then it's their own fault!!!!1!!" but alas, I cannot... because it isnt there =(
