bad description or traduction

hi, i'm playing in french and i saw multiple bad traduction or just effect that aren't really accurate, for exemple :
1. redraw, wich also discard all the card who were in the side (evolve or ready to be sacrified ) it only say in your hand (in french)
2. there's a card who evolve all your cards (or 2 if you don't sacrifice it) but it don't evolve, it create random card from the next rarity (so you don't have the same card at all)
is there a place to put these info ? cause they're not bug they're just not really clear effect

2. most of the cards do not have all 5 tiers, so, if you upgrade a card that doesn't have a higher tier a random card of that higher tier is created
