Help with the "only use 1 type of turret" challenges.
So, I've gotten most of the challenges now and some of the last ones I have left are the ones that require you to beat the game with just one type of turret (unholy MG and sunder). The problem is that my card pool is so bloated it's hard to get any of these to show up. I typically restart until I get one in my starting hand but I go multiple games without ever seeing a second one pop up and end up dying within 1-2 levels.

Is there a way to boost your chances of getting a specific card? because right now it's very frustrating trying to get this done.

Don't characters have a set starting deck (except intern Ruby)?

Look after one that starts with those turrets and you'll be off to a good start with the first levels i think, then try to generate as many cards as possible through upgrades and possibly "blessed"

I didn't verify those informations however, so take it with a grain of salt

I don't think tower types are party of the character's starting decks, just supporting cards, at least from what I've seen.

You don't have to win, just get to treachery. The way I did it was sac'ing all of my cards to look for a level 2 MG/Sunder. You can sac further if you miss since a level 3/4 turret will keep you in the game at least long enough to try to dig for the level 2. Obviously reset if you miss completely Then just grab upgrades.

I did it with Niyah. She's definitely the strongest character imo. Just use her power every turn, she almost never gets hit before she finds a way to outheal her power.

if you get your turret on 1st turn then you're good to go. Just keep recycling/combining cards as ioften as you can. You also get new turrets on each floor as part of "separate pool" and game generally favors the ones you already have.

Yes, but most of those starting decks require shop unlocks first.

These are both relatively easy once you unlock most of the cards. I recommend John Fenriz, the 2nd guy, to start for extra slot and ease of saving cards in the sac slot. Start by sacing your 4 starting cards going for a lvl 2 MG or Sunder, lvl 3 if you have to sac the two greens you get. After that all you need to do is upgrade as you can and stack any type of dmg and range cards. Combine trash and keep your deck around 12-14 cards full of just those two types of cards. Keep in mind that neither of these turrets have AOE so the +30 dmg/-aoe cards are very good here.

I kinda wish you could choose your starting turrets tbh. I don't feel it'd be that gamebreaking, considering the amount of "do the game with this tower" achievements, or only do holy, fire, unholy, etc.
