All Access Pass update!

Hey everyone,
I'm afraid that the All Access Pass for Dungeonland has been discontinued and will not be available for sale. It will be removed from Steam within the next 24 hours and has already been removed from our own store. Stages will also not be available for sale in-game. For users who own the All Access Pass this means that it will not unlock the stages that it should, nor that it ever will.

The reason for this decision is that last year a patch was released that managed to break the in-game store as well as the All Access Pass. We have for the last few weeks looked at how we could revert this or release a new patch to fix it but we've been unable to do so. The original developers are no longer around and we don't have staff that we can assign to the project. It's a tough decision and one that we hoped we wouldn't have to make but sadly it is what it is :(.

The game will still be playable though, we are not closing the server, and you can continue to enjoy the free stages alone or with your friends.

Refunds
Anyone that bought the All Access Pass from the Plaza store will be offered a refund if bought between 01/12/16 and today. This is longer than our normal refund period but since that's when the pass stopped working it's only fair for us to do so. If you bought it via Steam you will need to request a refund from them (feel free to include this thread in your request) as their refund rules differ from ours.

That is the automatic response, just try again with a manual ticket and link this topic, that is if you bought it after 01/12/16.

if there is still access to the older build, isnt it possible to remove the latest build.
and replace it with the last working build?
as thats what jons guide does it sounds like.
which i for one would love to see the last working build go live again so everyone can play together online again as it was an great game.

That's another part of the problem, the online servers no longer exist.

those could be readded still, yet it would be on paradoxs part again if theyd be willing to do all of this.

i confirm it is still being sold on Humble Bundle and you still cant use it .. been trying to get mine to work for a while now after buying it from humble bundle but steam wont even install the DLC after adding the game code from humble bundle .. looks like humble bundle didnt know they took it all offline ...

the way things work with those storefronts is theyll keep selling till they either get word its broken or among other things like that.
or the developer/publisher notifys them that they want it removed from the storefront.

plus there is no drm version on humble.

two options is to contact the publisher letting them know its still for sale there.
or contact humblebundle letting them know what happened so they can take it down.

also it wont download anymore because they had it disabled steamside.
which running an previous build may allow it to activate unsure.
since possible all dlc items are already ingame,

check the forums someone mentions an way to access older builds.

honestly was hoping they would have read my comment, guess not.


edit: i contacted humblebundle, and guess ill contact the publisher next.
as if anyone buys it without knowing its disabled itll cause support requests for both ends and possible forum help threads x.x

alrighty the humblebundle page for the dlc is offically gone
now no chance someone will buy it then run to the forums, steam support, or humblebundle support, or the publisher support with the already known problem.
as we all sadly know people dont always research into problems first.

Shocker, another round of ripping customers off and stealing from people on this product. No surprises form the developers and publishers of this product. They've done nothing but break stuff and steal from people since day 1 instead of fixing their mistakes and making things right. Dishonest, incompetent, deceptive, irresponsible, disrespectful charatains are some of the many words that accurately describe the development and publishing companies involved with this product.

They never fixed the multiplayer, never addressed the connection issues, and they are killing the serves now.

multiplayer worked for many of us, many of us never had connection issuies.
the multiplayer side was playable till the last patch appeared.
so the main way to get a refund would be if you had bought it after the final patch.
otherwise it was owned during a playable period for most.
