The procedure remains the same though, just use File Explorer instead.

there are no perfect solutions. My best suggestion is to run the game in a window, and set the window to say 1600x900 (needs game restart). Then go back and undo the DPI scaling trick you just did.
The game will now be zoomed in. Now change the window size until you find a best fit for your screen.
This is a bit low tech but it works.
We are looking at better fixes for this issue but it's not trivial as this is quite an old game by now. For the moment, this workaround is what's possible.
Cheers!

Change the file "config.json" located in
"\AppData\Roaming\Unity of Command" here using the Windows Editor:
"vidmodes": {
"fullscreen": {
"f": true,
"h": 900,
"w": 1600
or to a resolution you prefer.
